Our Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) combine a variety of advanced massage techniques to optimize healing and recovery. Their specialties include neuromuscular massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point work, scar tissue release, and TECAR therapy (Neely). Each visit is personalized to the client's needs and preferences.
